spacious rooms, good early check-in, beautiful area near attractions
Bottled water supply in rooms is stingy!!! Noise from the pedestrian walkway is bothersome, especially on lower floors!!! Housekeeping response time is frustratingly slow!!! Cracked wood floors need immediate attention!!!

Nice stay with some bumps
We spent 4 nights in an Executive Suite, and while it's a good spot in Puerto Madero with great food options nearby, check-in and check-out were a mess. Lines were long and staff didn't seem to hurry. Breakfast at the lounge was on point, but the slow service put a damper on things.

A Perfect Getaway in the Heart of the City
We had an incredible stay in an Executive Queen Room! The concierge arranged fantastic tours with punctual pickups. The vibrant local dining scene was just steps away, and we loved exploring nearby shops. For coffee lovers, consider venturing outside for better brews!

We stayed for 3 nights in an Executive Queen Room and loved the huge bathroom and the comfy seating area. Enjoying the rooftop pool and the spa lounge really helped us relax after a long day. The breakfast choices were decent but I wished there were a bit more variety. 😄

The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the local restaurants and bars. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfast served in the Executive Lounge was delightful. However, the room had some issues like curtains that didn't close properly at night and older furniture. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with room for improvement.

Location is excellent.
I had a terrible experience during my stay. The staff were unhelpful, especially when I inquired about the New Year's Eve dinner closure. They were rude and defensive, leaving us without any options for celebrating. Spending the evening in my room with room service was a huge disappointment.
