Bottled water supply in rooms is stingy!!! Noise from the pedestrian walkway is bothersome, especially on lower floors!!! Housekeeping response time is frustratingly slow!!! Cracked wood floors need immediate attention!!!

We spent 4 nights in an Executive Suite, and while it's a good spot in Puerto Madero with great food options nearby, check-in and check-out were a mess. Lines were long and staff didn't seem to hurry. Breakfast at the lounge was on point, but the slow service put a damper on things.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The staff were unhelpful, especially when I inquired about the New Year's Eve dinner closure. They were rude and defensive, leaving us without any options for celebrating. Spending the evening in my room with room service was a huge disappointment.
